Before joining Capital Properties, Samara worked as an Analyst in Commercial Real Estate and competed as a Professional Golfer at an elite level. Together, these experiences helped shape the disciplined, resilient and results-focused approach she now brings to her role.
Competing at a high level taught Samara that meaningful results are rarely achieved through shortcuts. They are built through preparation, consistency, patience and the ability to remain focused on the bigger picture. Her time in commercial real estate reinforced this, giving her a solid understanding of market fundamentals, property performance and the research that underpins sound investment decisions.
