Jake joined the army at 18 as part of the Intelligence Corps, where he honed his skills in analysis, strategy, and risk management. A year later he made his first property investment, sparking his passion for real estate.
Jake’s mantra is “Beyond wealth, towards impact.” This drives him to balance his commitment to property investing alongside prioritising family and wellness. With 8 years in Defence Intelligence, 7 years in property, and a strong financial acumen, he’s a valuable addition to the Capital Properties team.
